The affirmation vote is irrelevant as all candidates are deemed elected as the minimum board requirement is 12. It might not look good if candidates get below the 51% mark but they'll still be on the board.
A minimum of 2 further co opted members will have to be sought.

Bit unsure here but at the last Trust meeting before lockdown there was a chap from South Wales who spoke from the heart. He was almost begging to be part of the Trust board.
I may have missed any developments on this but is he one of the candidates.
