Voting at today’s meeting
 

My understanding is to cast votes on resolutions you have vote via the link and appoint a proxy via the link emailed out? By 4pm today...

This a huge opportunity for those who don’t usually attend meetings to get involved and display their discontent/support into how the club is run.

My son and I have had nothing - following two emails (to secretary and treasurer). The whole thing is a joke!

I've emailed 3 times for my membership number but still waiting, although I only joined June so maybe that's the reason

I wonder how many others haven’t had an email outlining the voting procedure and a unique code?

This vote will be voided if genuine voters are denied their vote.


Or at least it would be, in a properly run club.

i had two emails - one with unique code and was able to vote successfully yesterday as was my mate.

I had mine after using the contact us form on the WST website. Might be worth one last effort that way but it could be too late now. Check your post too. What looks like it could be junk mail could be instructions.
