I thought Spencer said in the first presentation that they had missed out with Freedom Leisure. What was that all about?

I'm not arguing, I'm just trying to work out who else would be using it. After all that's gone on, I'm not just accepting everything said at face value anymore.

We were told Bircham put in and took money out of the club without anybody else knowing, that he was going to be investigated and then it turned out that directors did know all along.

When something like that is lied about then I'm not just going to blindly swallow that we've been told we can't use it. If we have, fair enough, but now, after the last year or so, I'm not just accepting everything at face value.

That's what I thought. I'm sure Spencer and co had the victory statement pre-written so no reasons for delay.

Probably scouring through the sacred constitution trying to find an excuse to press ahead regardless.
