I don't believe it's £1.25 million purely for players for a second it's all smoke and mirrors bs. How much of that is the 'overnight stay' budget, the severance pay of managers we have let go etc. Still it is a gross mismanagement of funds and those responsible in any other walk of life would have been sacked months ago.

Exactly... maybe the board could break it down a bit further for simpletons like me to understand.

An interesting read, page after page slamming the manager and the board. I do agree if we spent almost £1 million (the likely figure after taking out other costs)on the players we had last season questions need to be asked BUT has it been forgotten Yosser had a "assistant" with a vast amount of experience (perhaps not at this level) and plenty of contacts in Bryan Flynn.

The question I would like to ask is who was behind bringing in some of the players we signed as I can't believe Yosser was responsible for all of them. Did Darlington or Flynn have a say on them.

It looks a stitch up to me of Bryan Hughes. Rather than take the rap for spending stupid amounts of money let’s blame it on the manager who probably can’t speak.

It was said in the board minutes when they had the vote whether to sack Hughes or not one of the options was to bring in a full time experienced assistant manager

Who knows if Hughes even had an assistant? It was rumoured Flynn only did one day a week and some even suggested he only did match days

The question was asked at the Q&A but of course it was ignored

There was a rumour Hughes wanted Dean Windass as assistant but the club would not pay.

He definitely cant speak. You only have to think back to him before extra time versus Eastleigh to know this is true.
