In regards to the board minutes that were produced that falsely labelled Don Bircham’s loans to the club as unauthorised can the only two directors of the football club Mark Williams and Gavin Jones clarify whether they knew about the loans or not?

Mark was told but had no recollection of the transaction which was five years ago and at a time when he was not as hands on as he is now. Gavin did not know.

How do you forget something like that?

I notice that when they are setting the agenda they don't want to talk about football. The Jamie Reckord signing gets a couple of lines in the midst of reams of bullshit spiel

The only time they touch on actual football matters is when they get rightly quizzed by the fans but it's the same political shit trotted out every time.Ask them a question about Bryan Hughes appointment and they clam up.Ask them a question about board members and secretaries and they can't shut up..........guess what guys .......we couldn't give a flying flip who's on the board . Try getting us promoted

They literally have no idea how to get this club back to the EFL.

They are only interested in legal and political matters

So far out of their depth it's scary

There is no evidence that fans didn’t want dean back as manager? Haha

I'm having trouble opening it. Did they provide evidence that fans did?

Did they even check with DB before they made the accusation.

He must have produced the e mail to prove them to be falsely claiming no other board member was aware, didn't they also threaten to instigate a formal investigation some time in the future?.

Not a small thing to be accused of this sort of thing ( when you are in business in particular).

We published what we understood were the facts but subsequently an email came to light which did not corroborate that. We changed the minutes and apologised to Mr Bircham.

So the minutes were cobbled together 5 years later and published as being true? Seriously stop digging, it's bleeding embarrassing.

No shame whatsoever.

Can someone tell the board the clue is in the title...football club!

that statement was clearly focused on off the field issues. WAFC is not a business, project, charity or an secret society, it is a football club, plain and very simple!

Some of those responses to questions are unbelievable. I Laughably quote "There is no evidence of that assertion" with regards to some fans disapproval of keates being appointed manager again.

If anyone wanted an example of how out of touch the board are with fans, this is it. I'm sure some fans wanted him back, but to suggest no one objected to it is ludicrous.

Simply put, if you disagree with the board, YOU ARE NOT FAN, hence the fans cannot possibly have disagreed with them, and any decision they make is 100% Supported by the real fans.

just days after underwhelming vote results for the chairman and training Ground, he is posing for photos signing contracts as if he has just won the lottery and signed messi.

I have no faith in the wst unless they grow a pair and replace the club board, and start focussing on what happens on the pitch, rather than photo opportunities.
