Don't blame anyone for seeking a refund, but whatever your views of the current club board, surely common sense tells you that with no income for over six months, cash will be tight with a new season to properly prepare for, so to sue the club through the small claims courts sounds a bit heavy handed.

At least give them a chance to re-established a regular income stream.

Each to their own I suppose, but if that's the way the clubs fans act, we certainly don't needs any enemies.

They have plenty of money to splash on signing players with no money coming in.

So what should the FOOTBALL club do? Not sign any players to pay the fans off?

That doesn't sound like much of a business plan to me.

It is what they announced they would do and stated if 80% didn't ask for a refund then it would be cost neutral.

As for the Barrow game, the lack of any action there is terrible.
You are right and the communication is rubbish. The Barrow issue should have been fixed long ago - i agree.

Aren't the WST considering legal action against a fan? (As well as a disciplinary hearing).

And considered a financial investigation into the dealings concerning a former football club board member?

And had to report themselves for data security breaches?

The delay is too long but these are strange times and it took me 5 months to get a refund from Ryanair which does not make it right but indicates the issues organisations are facing. I suspect we may well need the cash injection from ticket sales to balance the books - but again this should be communicated. I simply hope and believe that they have no intention of not paying people and hoping they will give up.
You would expect Ryanair to act badly their Mr o Leary doesnt give a shit. Fans owned club though should at least say yes you will get it but its at the back of the queue at the very least.

A lot of this boils down to the loss of credibility the board has had, particularly the last couple of seasons. And also their Pollit Buero style of running the club.
True.. We are living in strange times. But there are quite a lot of fans who won't be taken for granted anymore.
