The e mail has been reproduced (copied) onto this thread by MKTF a page or two previous if you want to have a read - again no author - writer should have put a name to it.

Just had a frustrating 15 minutes trying to renew my membership on Flowte.
Reset password doesn't work and the site seems to freeze at the end of the second section after filling in the details.

Its best to write a good old fashioned cheque and post to the Ruabon address as displayed.
