Default Togetherness

Again opening myself to criticism but I would like to applaud the club for taking the players out of their comfort zones today.

Team building exercises like this will be great to call upon when we are up against it on a wet night in Torquay (or similar), reminding the players that you’re all playing for each other and that if there’s someone who you know needs help that you muck in and go that extra mile as next game it might be you who needs the help!!

Many will argue that this isn’t football but in honesty footballing skills are only half the battle...you’d never see little Wrexham beating Champions Arsenal if it were (had to get that in...still sends me into orbit to this day and I was only a young one at the time!). Genuinely pushing your boundaries via caving or climbing or just scaring yourself witless but coming out the other side can be massively motivating in normal life as you can say ‘if I did that I can easily do this!’

Good to see and well done to the organisers. Come on you reds!!

Similar activity to the kayaking that Keates (or possibly Ricketts) did with the squad a few seasons ago. Great idea, but there must be some real nerves about injuries. And the video clip of the lad under the rock is quite a worrying watch. But whatever doesn't kill you...

Many Thanks go to Wrexham Supporters Association for Sponsoring this event especially Carroll Clark and Dave Bennett. The last few Seasons they have provided the finance for this event to make it go ahead. Like most Supporters Groups they are a great help to the Club.

I’d like to know which Supporters Groups are NOT a great help to the club? Surely, they all are?

What was all that about under the rock? It gave me anxiety just watching it! It looks like they were doing it on purpose but surely there was a chance they could have got stuck underwater!

It's pretty much fully safe with these companies providing you don't lie about any conditions you may have. Gorge walking without a reputable company is not a safe activity though.
