On the whole I've impressed with Keates' signings. They look like proper signings that could get the job done and in complete contrast to Hughes' signings and those of Mills's second season signings ( I'm convinced brown envelopes were involved in both as there is no other logical explanation). However, given that p & l report and the serious lack of income coming in, then it does appear that there is a shit or bust policy in place.
