Alot of sensible answers to my earlier point (ie what is in it for them.) I suppose if you were looking to buy a club with potential in the none league or similar surely we should be near the top of that list.

Indeed. We would take less investment than a Fleetwood or Forest Green to reach the higher leagues because our income from gate receipts, concessions and merchandise would be greater.

If public funds are used partially or fully to cover build costs, it would be a requirement to go out to competitive tender. It simply couldn’t be handed to a preferred contractor owned by or linked to the club owner.
