Two simple thoughts
Where is the 2 million coming from? Is it their actual real money or is it being borrowed ? If the latter then where is it sourced from?
Equally 2 million sounds a lot but in today's world it is peanuts! What is the supporting business plan?
What happens in a year or 18 months when the initial investment has gone ? What then especially if the journey to the promised land fails ?
Convince me with real facts and detail and i might support it but if someone wants to invest in the club then great but let's examine very carefully.
Ps before I am accused of quoting from the wst bible again let me restate I am not a member . I am an economist by background and a hard realist when it comes to money and investors. Also been a supporter for over 60 years!
It has to be a MASSIVE YES to this first vote. If we end up being sure the possible sale is definitely in our best interests brilliant. However lets not forget the Hamilton episode and Vaughan at Chester. The post above is really good in my opinion.

My gut feeling is to vote against this. From what I read today, the two "FAMOUS PEOPLE" are not the investors themselves, just fronting their bid If someone can explain to me why genuine investors would feel the need to do that then maybe my mind will change.

I put a car on Wrexham buy and sell the other day for £10,000, I had an offer of £1 but he said he'd pay the petrol and road tax. That's the current club offer.

These people are genuinely dangerous.
That car analogy is embarrassing. And incorrect.

The "Wrexham Fans United" has even more of these comments.

People reacting with angry and sad emojis, some people seem genuinely gutted by this news:

"I have a very bad feeling about this"

"If we (WST) start fundraising now we should have enough money to take the club out of administration in three years"

"The only reason millionaires would want to take on a struggling football club, would be to make more millions, someone once said that all the proceeds from the student flats would go to the football club, they eventually made a fortune and we nearly went bust"

"some people never learn, some would even cheer Gutterman riding into town again if he said he was giving away 2 million"

"the club will have to pay it them back with interest... an investment means you get a return on your money, so they would want a profit on their 2 million investment... no businessman in his right mind would throw away an initial 2 million without getting a return"

"if we're sold to private investors you can kiss goodbye to a new stand and training ground"

"looking to the future would we be able to get such a gifted group of fans to run the club whilst holding down full time jobs?"

"two people cannot run the whole club imho"

The moment the board tell them to vote for this they will change their tune. It's like a cult.
