Some followed Wimbledon up to Milton K, others formed AFC Wimbledon.

Generally speaking you can't create a fanbse. I suppose the difference with Mk is the size of the area with hardly any teams around.

unlikely. but if it did grow naturally over time, not like salford that went from 170 real fans to 2,000 jokers, that would be fine.

but they are a disgrace for other reasons. if MK had started at stage 8 and worked their way up, that would be cool. Stealing someone else team is the problem there.

So if we get into league 1 in a couple of years with our new found millions and attract crowds of 10k about half of those fans will be jokers🤔

Nope, because we got 10k for a home game when we were promoted in 03.

Besides the Salford increase was 10 to 20 fold. Us going to 10k would be like Salford going to 500.

How long is an acceptable time for a club to build up a fanbase?

I feel a few weeks far too short and was thinking more like 10/20 years....
