I would just like to say fair play to them for asking Anthony Jeffrey about the racist comments made by fans when he scored the winner for Dover in a game in this interview.

They could have just not talked about it and pretended it didn't happen but I'm glad that they let him address it. Talking about it is the first step to stopping it.

There's a conversation happening in the background during his answer but hopefully we tell whoever that was to stay away from the microphones during an interview.

Yes, the background conversation spoilt it.

Sounds like someone who can excite fans by opening up defences.

It would be nice if those fans involved in the racist incident would apologise to him face-to-face for their unwarranted outburst against him. We all get carried away when under stress, but there is no room for racism.

That said, it would be nice if he could forgive them and allow them a second and final chance.
