The NDA will probably include a clause that protects their ID until a specific date or until both parties agree to disclose the names.

If the WST want to get this through relatively quickly i would expect the names to be revealed soon after the vote though.

Looked into it a bit and think Wycombe needed to clear debts quickly and the American was able to do that,
