It won’t be months before we find out. Spencer said if it’s passed, then they would look to get the discussions finished in a few weeks. Who ever is behind it seems like they are either a former pro who’s properly well known like Beckham or similar, or is just a huge celebrity.

Either way, I can hardly contain this excitement waiting for another few weeks mind!!

Rumour here in Australia is that Mark Hughes and Savage are involved with Bryn Law in the background. Other local people / ex footballers also involved.

I was aware that SM had borrowed Moss money, but SM was in no way affiliated to anything else that occured and if SM had not borrowed that money would the club have survived, Moss must have been scraping the barrel to ask for assistance.
If what i was told about two years ago is true, SM made an unofficial gesture to the trust that he was available and no return contact was forthcoming.
I know it probably isnt SM, but look at his pedigree in football and his wealth 900m, he could put 10m in and not notice it in his bank statement that is the reality, but hey ho

Surely Sir Robbie Savage has got to be involved somewhere - he adores the club having grown up watching on the Kop. He has put money in previously I believe when we were in dire straits. He’s not everyone’s cup of char but he’s Wrexham through and through and if he is involved I think we would be mad not to welcome his involvement. Got great links to others in the game and would bring a huge amount of exposure to the club which could only be a good thing. I hope he is involved but I am purely speculating. If we could have someone with proper footballing pedigree at the helm at the highest level just think where it might take us. Like others very intrigued and excited by the speculation, must be a yes vote surely (mine was!) as not committing to anything other than exploring the options.
