Is it not just 75% of those voting, regardless of total number of members? Seems a much more achievable hurdle, albeit still significant.

The first vote will give us a major indication. I hope it's close to 99% in favour but if it's more like 85% then I see the next stage being a non starter. UNLESS the club actively endorse the sale. That's what it will come down to
