Agree with most of the above.
This club will not fold.
If this bid is dodgy or unsuccessful in any way, I feel that the trust must wake up to the reality of offering shares in the club.

Our membership lapsed as we were away .,so missed the deadline.
Voted yes as we should see exactly what is on the table and then armed with the facts make a considered judgement.

I think you will be suprised just how many might be tempted to give new owners a chance and vote yes ,in fact the poll shows that IMO.
