It seems a lot of people are hoping the identity of the potential investors will be revealed at the SGM on Tuesday. However the background to the resolution on the WST website contains the following info:

The identity of the Investors will be made known to members in the notice of any emergency general meeting called to approve a transaction.

So it may be some time yet until we get the big reveal.

Either party could withdraw from negotiations before the WST put an offer they consider acceptable to the membership. Until the people looking to buy us have a deal they are happy to do they want to remain anonymous.

I don’t see this as a problem as long as we are given sufficient time between the calling of an EGM and the date of the meeting to fully assess the proposal and raise questions.

Pete Jones on Wrexham Fans United putting his negative oar in last night.Saying might effect Groves situation,KOP development & FAW(not that FAW are paying for the Kop). Basically trying to look for negatives as goes against his own personal fans ownership mantra.Clearly more important to Pete that Groves stays at it is and KOP moves forward than actually having a club at the end of the season. Resigned his role and stay out of this.
