Its the sporting side of the club which the trust have struggled to manage, which hopefully the new ownership will bring in the right expertise to do properly.

The trust have improved the community engagement bit, and without doubt Spencer; for all his faults; does seem to have established good links with both the council and with the Welsh government, which could always prove useful to the new ownership, especially if the club grows as they undoubtedly intend it to.

I want the trust to relinquish ownership as they have taken things as far as they can by themselves, but that's not to say they should not have any role to play in the clubs future.
Careful now !!!
Nice piece by the way

Considering the present economic climate and the pending further restrictions on potential income generation, if these investors pass the test of competency and fit and proper persons then we would be bonkers to turn them away! Clubs are staring oblivion square in the face and this life line cannot be passed over if all the relevant and reasonable boxes are ticked.

Spot on, fan ownership and fan representation does not depend on the personalities we have now, part of the takeover bid should show they intend to have fans the fans involved in certain decisions, maybe a representative on the board

Fans ownership hasn't been as doom laden and awful as some on here would have you believe so it is a sensible business approach to carry on many of the things we've gotten right, and tweak and fix those we didn't

To be fair engagement wasn't rocket science was it.
