I think the whole thing is really exciting for both the town and club. We will never move forward with a constant fear of Alex Hamilton mark 2.

I tend to do that Fezzer. It's difficult not to focus on it when all they were voting for was to talk to the investors.

But is it our Board or the bidders who are insisting on anonymity at the moment?

Did Spencer not say he anticipates their names being released quickly ie within 2 weeks?

The Board appears to be following their process. Now this vote has been passed we should hear more news soon. Presumably this is a genuine bid supported by the Board -- does anyone have any reasons to suspect otherwise -- and they are confident the WST members will support it, too. If not, there would be huge embarrassment followed by uproar.

Whilst it's natural to be suspicious we should not unintentionally scupper what could be a life-changer by being either unnecessarily pessimistic or hasty.

I am sure all will be revealed soon, when we can judge whether the truth matches the hype and, more importantly, if this is the best for the future of our club.
