Yes...I am desperate to get back to the promised land....we have been non league for far too long and if it means taking a chance on the new investors after the due diligence has been properly conducted, then I am quite willing to have other Clubs fans laugh at us occasionally, because its easier taking the stick when you are climbing the pyramid with money in the Bank! They would be having a laugh at their own expense!

Not sure people would take the mickey but it would definitely get people talking about the club, I havent watched the 2nd season but the ‘Sunderland Til I Die’ documentary was fantastic viewing in my opinion, I’m in no way saying we are as big as them but it is fascinating to see the insides of a club like that. Do I think we would have one on us? No, I can’t see the appeal in all honesty, but it would be interesting to the more ‘football mad’ amongst us, or casual football fans looking for something to watch..

To be fair, most fans are desperate to get out of the shit we are in (and have been for some years now- at least in terms of the football side of things).
A divided, dwindling fanbase of a team that may well have been relegated last season where it not for Covid.
A projected shortfall of £500k for next season. How long would the club be able to afford such losses without folding?

We're already a laughing stock.

The pride and passion of this club has been ripped out of its chest by board members because of how they've run the club.

Anything is better than what we currently have
