Heard the oddest rumour - that there is a zoom type call with bidders at some point imminently, and there has been a request that it can be recorded with a film crew from the bidders end.

If true, and it sounds bonkers, I would imagine it has been declined?! :toff:

When i heard substantial commercial opportunities (or whatever he said) my first thought was a netflix/amazon type documentary like which are quite popular at the minute.

Double edged

On one hand, if the people who are involved have sufficient profile to draw such media interest then it can only be good

On the other, it has the potential to make us a public laughing stock... Zoom calls with the same questions, despite being off topic and irrelevant are repeatedly asked, inability to answer questions about our own rule book etc.

It's not a media circus, it's the heart and soul of a working class town.

Booth had her film crew following her events at the Hotel and club. The club element has yet to see the light of day !!!!!! Yet.

Does it also suggest they feel they will get their way by taking over the club , i wouldn't think any one would like a failure after all this , must be a success .
