Go over to the Swansea fans forum there's a piece about Wrexham takeover and read about what they thought of their trust it makes interesting reading.

I was just assuming that the trust would keep a small say in the club as someone else mentioned, it served them well with previous owners. Nothing to base this on, just my thoughts.

Anyway, just imagine the shirt sales! Could be a full time job for a team of people! We’re going to need a bigger shop...

I doubt WST will retain any shareholding.

Were they to do so they would have to radically change their thinking and outlook. Can you imagine Reynolds meshing with the Lager Club set?

Me neither.

My wish is for the WST to carry on with some level of part ownership.

At some point any new owners will want out. It happens at every club, as night follows day. The only constant in football is the fans. It is important that they are represented in the boardroom, and that they own at least part of the club they love. That model works very well in many other countries.

Ain't going to happen here. It's already been stated as such.

If this goes ahead - and that’s a big IF - it may well be that once they’ve made their Amazon Prime documentary, got all the positive PR and then got bored of the project, they may hand the club, hopefully now with League status and the new stand built, back to the Trust for a nominal sum.

I would like that to form part of the negotiation.
