Thank f*ck only 31 people didn't want to even consider talks and see who was interested in the club.
I think there’d be more saying No if they were revealed beforehand. It would have been assumed as a joke. It was better it was done this way.

No chance. The "sale" is for 100%. Would you endanger the process?

You dont think the negotiations have already happened?

I heard whispers months ago that something was happening, we then got the random survey on the event of a sale. This is all agreed and the supporter votes are purely crossing t's and dotting i's.

Hope not as that would ensure the 11 years of managed decline be repeated .Let's hope that never again the likes of Harris and Co get their hands back on our club .

or they may sell the club to a dodgy Macc-type owner and then it will be the end! There must be a way of having some sort of safety net, WST or not.

I’m sure they have. It doesn’t mean that the owners (the fans) shouldn’t have an input.

You have had a say in it, we elected people to do that for us. This is the 11th hour of negotiations and the offer is for 100% of share capital. Suddenly making counter offers could scupper the whole deal.

Of course they would. This could fall through because of their grip on power.

The proposal is for 100% ownership. It’s not hard to grasp, they don’t want the current amateurs anywhere near the board room and rightly so.

Absolutely, it has to be 100%. Imagine Spencer Harris at the top table with Ryan, Rob and the rest of FSG? Talk about a fish out of water.

WST should act as a separate body, being called on in a consultancy role when the ownership need a bit of guidance regarding matters of history, community projects, fan initiatives/feedback.

WST should also be more focused on the community initiative side of things, providing volunteers where needed and maybe even co-ordinating Junior Dragons.

As far as the First Team goes, the WST should steer clear. We'll do more harm than good.
