Presumably these contracts are more common in the NLN and NLS than in our division, but looks like a significant amount start when the first ball is kicked.
A lot of clubs would have a better chance of survival if the season was cancelled depending on how many contracted players have a Covid clause written in to their contracts. Not sure what our situation is in this regard but I guess now we are mega wealthy we will bo OK either way.

Fingers crossed. I’ll certainly be relieved if we stay in business, but will sympathise with fans of teams who go to the wall. Sadly, I’m expecting a fair few to not make it. Would be great to see money filter down from the premier league but not holding my breath!
