real technophobe here, what does our landlord need to stream games so i can tell him

Just had a quick look at Youtube about live streaming. Caveat on there about min 1000 subscribers. If this is streamed on Youtube behind a paywall, i hope the club don't leave it until the last minute to get people to subscribe.

On the other hand, I may of just interpreted this incorrectly so no need to panic...I'm sure the media team are a bit more clued up than me!

Without sounding arsey and not knowing your situation:

1. A TV (Can be a smart TV or "basic" tv)
2. An internet connection to allow you to get onto InPlayer (Club will release details shortly it seems)
3. Cash to pay for the game

If you have just a basic tv, then something like a Roku, Chromecast or Firestick might do the job but you'd need to look in their application stores to see if its available.

If you dont have that, then the next easiest thing to do is what I'll be doing - Hook up a computer/laptop to your TV via HDMI cable, browse to InPlayer on that device, and use the TV or whatever monitor screen you have to watch the game.

The club are asking for flags to fill the yale paddock so looks like the filming will be done in the MRS stand (Kop on right and ERS on left as we watch).

Shame, as I quite liked the opposite view which was used for pre-season highlights.

Hopefully they’ll have enough flags for some to go on the Kop too - non-political ones of course.

I just hope when the information comes out, its all in plain English, as in the last few pages have just gone over my head.
It sounds like our media team are hiring the equipment, so, does mean our media team will be commentating to correspond with the filming.
