Not sure if there is a thread for the forthcoming season. Early days but Stockport, Solihull & Notts county all lose today. Stockport losing to a last minute winner.

Kings Lynn currently on tv and playing some decent football.

I see that a certain Stephen Cleeve is chairman of Kings Lynn. Isn't he the doggy geezer that tried to take us over?

Makes my skin crawl that bloke. To be fair he seems to have done a decent job at Kings Lynn. His track record is dodgy af though.

Macclesfield are to be wound up / expelled from the league on about the 12th October so until then they will still show and their fixtures show as postponed

What was our beef with him? Was it his lack of funds or potential bad intentions?
