I persume Fluffy means the password you created after you visited their Live Stream Page ? You had to enter your e mail and create a password ,so I think if you log into the same live stream page later on ,it will let you use the same details . I ruddy hope so !!
The receipt I had e mailed to me didnt include any info (it said )

Will Solihull be streaming the cup game on Saturday?
I ask because the BBC usually has the rights to the early rounds.
Not sure I'd bother anyway after the appalling quality of the league game stream.
Just out of interest did anyone get a refund? I didn't.

Because it was unwatchable due to continual buffering , I gave up at half time having managed to watch about 18 minutes in total. I emailed the provider then asking for a refund but didn't hear anything. Many others posted similar experiences at the time.

Confirmation on the club site tonight that there will be live streaming of the tie on Saturday with more details later in the week. Moors have a new provider to remove the problems we all experienced for the league match. But the cost is up from £7.50 to £10.

It worked perfectly after half time. Sounds like you gave up at the wrong time.

It was a bit of a joke in the first half but the standard of streaming service was far superior to ours or any others we've watched so far this season. Multiple camera angles, all in top quality definition. To expect a full refund is laughable.
