Default Next up -Yeovil Town(A) thoughts & predictions

And so this very strange season continues with a long, long trip to Yeovil Town.

Just did a bit of research - from Wrexham it's a distance of 222 miles and best part of a four hour journey.

Would the squad normally take in an overnight stay ? will they travel down in the current climate on the same day with no hotel - all living and couped up together on a coach - lots of Covid related issues and questions.

I didn't watch the Solihull match live stream but have since viewed the highlights - I thought we played some encouraging football and on another day things could have been different - some would say we were extremely unlucky to have lost.

So who will be in the starting line up at Yeovil ? formation and will it suddenly click into place and the goals start to flow from our forwards?
Will team selection take into consideration we have another game (Maidenhead) on Monday evening live on BT Sport.

Predictions / goal scorers / thoughts - share your inner thoughts here - Yeovil seem to be shipping goals but have also scored a few - perhaps a sign that if the forward play can be a bit more clinical and as impressive as our defence we could come away with a 1 - 2 win.

One fear - we must stop giving away cheap free kicks / corners - any set piece around our box from which we already seem vulnerable.

Another Keates borefest 1-0 defeat trying to snatch a goalless draw

I understand the need to go into this defensively, like how I understood it against Solihull. Unfortunately at Solihull, Keates didn't change things when it became apparent we were the better team in every area bar the last third. I fear the same will happen here.

Ponticelli and Durrell to start 3-1 win for the boys. If Rutherford starts I will be heading for the garden instead.

Defend 0 0 for 89 mins then lose 1 nil. Keates lauds the tactics for being a great success. Spectators fall asleep on sofas after 20 mins.

Worth going to the bookmakers to bet that even if he does not start Rutherford will come on as substitute.

Pretty fair assessment and tbh im expecting us to line up the same as we did with Solihull.
