Is the Head of IT a paid role? When was that advertised and what pay rate is that?

Sounds like the old Head of IT got in the way or couldn't identify the problems.

Funny to be doing this if the takeover is imminent. I'm sure the prospective new owners will have a wealth of such expertise at their fingertips.

It's a volunteer position. If the takeover goes through and they bring in their own team, the volunteer won't need to volunteer anymore I guess?
