Big Den
Someone give him a call, he is sat in Wrexham now without a job and we are actually paying this clown to manage us into the Blue Suare North. Joke of a club!

Re: Big Den
Can we stop being a retirement home for ex-players please?

Re: Big Den
He would be a better option than what we have got for the next month or so until the deal goes through.

Yes I want the new owners to appoint a decent management team not any more ex-players without a job. |

So was Carl Darlington for a few games when we got rid of Wilkin. Now look at us. |

So you want us to pay off Keates & staff, pay off T&T National Team contract for DL, pay for new coaching staff just for the next month or so until the takeover. Aye, that’ll happen. EDIT: DL got sacked from T&T? Brilliant, another loser appointment being called for. You have clearly been taking massive rips of the bong today. |

You have clearly been taking massive rips of the bong today.
You have no idea how highly thought of he is as a coach, Martinez wanted him to go to Belgium with him. Could you imagine Keastes and Darlington being offered a role like that? He also turned it down to manage his country? Who to be fair are in a complete mess and were before he got there. Yes an ex player with premier league coaching experience. I'm guessing youd be the person saying Steve Cooper wouldn't be welcome he because he was an ex player. We need a manager with his own coaching staff. Its actually quite simple as the players are there, and if Keates changed it to be more high tempo and pressure style of play he would be successful, that's why it's so frustrating. |

We are not sacking one coaching team, and recruiting another coaching team just before the takeover. I’m sorry if this is offensive but it’s just fliping daft. Are you 12? |

I’m sorry if this is offensive but it’s just fliping daft. Are you 12?
If that's the case then I'd want Keates to stay until the takeover is completed. I dont want the Harris and co bringing in a replacement. I was suggesting getting someone like Lawerence in as he lives in Wrexham and is a football manager looking for work. If he did come and do well then the new owners would have a decision to make. Oh and calling me 12 was offensive. It's like saying I hope you dont take offensive but I think you're a twat! Get real you clown! |

Re: Big Den
I think the best we can hope for is keates grinds out a few results.before the proposed takeover.and then if it all goes through.they can clear the way for a new management team.

Re: Big Den
I'd make it a condition that anybody that has played for or managed us in the past is automatically ruled out of contention to be part of our next management team.
This weird incestuous obsession we seem to have with only appointing people that have links to the club has held us back massively over the last 10 years. New broom with no preconceptions is what we need. |

Re: Big Den
Remember when the geniuses spent weeks pursuing Lawrence after Ricketts left?
And justified appointing Barrow because Lawrence turned them down? 1) Did they think the manager of Trinidad and Tobago was the man to continue a title charge in the fifth tier of English football? 2) After he turned them down, did it not dawn on them that other managers existed? For example, the man who won this very same league just six months prior who happened to be out of a job. Personally I think that might have been a better place to begin their research... |

Then once a bullet had been dodged the obvious answer was staring them in the face. The ineptitude that has been on display ever since Rickets left is so far off the scale that's it's hard to put into words. Let's just keep everything crossed this takeover goes through, it's the only hope we have of getting some pride back into a once proud club that is currently stinking the place out. |
