who the hell does lindsey jones think he is. its not his club solely.the majority of fans want this takeover because they know as do the wst board if it does nt go through were through as a club, and make no mistake it will all be the fault of the board.they are a disgrace the way they have run this club into the ground, and i can t wait

to see the breakdown of where all the danny ward money has been spent on.the money that has gone into the club in recent years has been pretty good.

So, a subject access request from a member was received. We can take a wild guess at who this came from, but essentially by asking for ID I would suggest that given this is a member who we have been happy to allocate full voting rights to in the past, have on our membership database I'm unclear why Lindsay deemed that it was a proportional response (the ICOs words not mine) to confirm their
Identity. Essentially we denied this person their rights of access under GDPR in order to a) extend our time box to respond or, b) be awkward.

We are so tinpot it is unbelievable. Made a big song and dance about a GDPR /Confidentiality breach without ever really having a data classification process in place. Without having a classification for data in place not sure how allegations of confidentiality breaches could be made here (NDA breach maybe?).

The meeting tone, content and cadence is being dictated by LJ, not clear why someone in this role is afforded such influence especially not when they have a clear agenda.

RP outlined recent discussions with an un-named party with a view to a purchase of the football club. The talks were held with their representatives and not with the actual prospective purchasers.The names of the purchasers were withheld from the Board until NDAs were put in place.

Well at last, there we have it. Not sure what the need for the dishonesty was, then again the rules have been broken again...

Also, we have around 6 approaches for the club we had no idea about or the reasoning for those approaches to be turned down. Rules possibly broken again.

Rob Parry seems to have met with the representatives before this board meeting. So there has been contact with the potential purchasers a good month before the EGM.
Hopefully alot of the leg work has already been done on the deal
