Daily post today.a drive in cinema event was planned at the deva next week,but they have had to cancel because they have found out that most othe carpark and toilets are in wales

Its just the toilet block that they cannot use due to it being in Wales. The event seems well organised and supports the arts in West Cheshire.

How sad that their is no wriggle room by the Welsh Government on this. Just a walk of a few yards to use the facilities. - show your passports

It was reported on BBC news tonight and didn't show WAG in good light.

Not to worry our friends down the road will install temporary toilets and the show will go ahead. Those resourceful Romans eh !

Spot on this - ludicrous situation and no doubt those concerns have not only lost whatever profit they would have made but have probably lost money on set up costs.

I believe it is/was for something in Chester called "storyhouse." It is a place where kids can go and do art and stuff. They put on films they also have a library. It is a good thing. There is no pleasure to be taken if this open air event is stopped.

So presumably when a Wrexham player is next fouled right on the edge of the oppositions penalty area and the ref says Nah, it doesn't count it was only inside by a few inches, and thats their territory you won't complain. Rules are Rules and made not to be broken.

I take your point it is tricky. The law is the law and sometimes the law is an ass. It is however sad when an organisation has gone to so much trouble to stopped by a technicality. My main point is that this should not be celebrated.
