I thought Pearson was articulate and spoke alot of sense. He basically said players at NL no matter who they played for were of similar ability. The successful teams had to have good team spirit , be organised, and competent at set pieces. And of course have players who could put the ball in the net.
Going on that criteria we struggle in all areas.

He didn't criticize the coaching staff neither did he go over the top in praise. I liked it when he said he'd go down in the area on corners and when the ref never gives anything he would give him earache saying don't go penalizing me in my area.

Personally I find it embarrassing when Pearson does that running back to defend while flapping his arms about and moaning at the ref after dramatically falling on his arse at a corner.

i must admit i find this part of his game embarrassing as well and i believe the referees have had enough of his antics as well and it probably goes against him in marginal decisions
