Over the past day or two there have been numerous posts on here , me included, asking why the live match stream has so many problems. These have included buying it, watching it , listening to it, most everything about it . Glyn has been on here saying it has been fixed. Within the last hour a post has been put up on the club site entitled live thread . I clicked on it and there is nothing but crackling and a chap with a white beard who seems to be talking.
Surely at a time when us fans cannot get into the stadium it is not too much to ask for a reasonable streaming service that works and messages that work and keep us up to date.
Perhaps Glyn can throw more light on the subject . If there are problems on the media side be honest and tell us what they are and how you are working to solve them, please.

The thing you clicked on was Mark Griffiths doing his podcast round up post match. Must have had some sound issues at the start.
Nothing to do with the streaming service or Glyn (possibly). They can’t put up the whole match replay on the site - you may not have realised that.

I wouldn’t rely on the club site to be honest.

Podcast round-up would surely be a better title than 'live stream'? Also the sound quality, both on the site and on YouTube itself, for this was staggeringly bad. Fairly sure it's not my PC either, other stuff on YouTube is playing fine for me.

OK Louis, I have never seen the podcast so I don't know the names to the faces. The irony of the thing that hit me was after the streaming problems on Tuesday ,and there were plenty ,the club media come on the website and once again it is not happening right . A little more than teething problems perhaps?
If these film stars come in and see what our media team are offering they will be first on the departure list and well before Keates and the club cat ?
And if it is to be explained away as they are doing it as volunteers I have to say that we need to get someone paid to do it. It is bad enough not being able to get the season ticket and get in the ground so when we get an alternative which is poor and the fare on the field matches it it right puts you off?

I agree it’s not good enough, I do understand it is volunteers who try their best. I have very low expectations at this point as to what the club can produce. I’m sure when the takeover happens this kind of stuff should be among the first to be tidied up and sorted out.

I had the misfortune to purchase the live stream last night without any problem whatsoever, which I must admit was really good (shame the game didn't live upto the coverage), Dixie as co-commentator was excellent as was the camera work, but that's as far as it goes the standard of football that was served up by both teams was appalling to say the least, in my opinion the players, have, this early in the season stopped playing for Keates and although I am not someone who advocates the removing of the management team, to save our season I fear that is the only option. He has lost the players as well as the majority of fans.
