It had been rumoured takeover deadline was the new year, so could give a month of legal gubbins plus holidays etc to make it all fit.

Lots of rumours of the contents, will it really be true there is no 'red lines' over badge / team colours / playing in Wrexham, or details of if the club got valued.

The other interesting rumour was WST could retain the lease and club pay rent to then pay onwards. If so would that indicate no wider interest in the ground itself, or would that itself be a longer term security?

I'd heard that about the ground remaining in trust control
