Would agree with that, but would add that point 1. I thought we only paid £1 for the club so don't be greedy and point 3. I'm 70 next year so probably to old to care in 10 years time

Seems a lot of effort to go to just for a TV series. Rob Mc in particular seems enthused by the idea off taking on a football club.

If they do film one alongside the project then even better as far as exposure for the club goes.

I get the impression they were after a certain profile of club e.g. former league side which has fallen on hard times and we were one of a handful which met the brief.

Discussions appear to have taken place with us and maybe two others and the timing was right for the WST to want to enter negotiations.

Not sure there's much more to it than that.
