Haha no but I did find it amusing to see hear of one of the participants at a previous meeting sat eating a bag of chips, and particularly enjoyed the guy whose elderly relative was catching some z's in the background.

The voting is taking place after the zoom meeting so I would think the meeting will be recorded to allow those who wish to vote, to look at the meeting before voting.

There’s got to be a recording so that members who are not able to watch it live, can do so later on that week.

I expect the presentation will be recorded.

If the bid is accepted I also expect the presentation will be released to anyone who wants to see it. After all, R&R will want to reach the whole fan base, not just the minority who are WST members.
