She once suggested that we let a fan blow the full time whistle as an incentive to build the budget.

What do you mean 'their' own business, and 'we' are not getting anything?

There is only one Wrexham football club, and they are putting money into our club.

It's difficult for some to distinguish whether they are a fan of the football club or the supporters trust.

I'm sorry, but you're not getting it.

Until they invest the £2m, the club has no material value. The valuers, agreed by the club, have stated this.

Pawn stars posts don't add up here, I think someone might be using it.

Pretty much every Premier League Club has a wealthy overseas owner/investor. It's the way of the football world.

We can either try to beat them under fan ownership which has left us languishing at the bottom end of tier 5 for far too long , or we can join them and their shiny sold out stadiums, multi million pound signings and potentially rubbing shoulders with the big boys again.

All our successes have come under private ownership, it's just the way it is. We got shafted by Pryce Griffiths who everyone thought was Mr Wrexham, barrowing concrete on the Kop in the 50's but stood to make a fortune when Hamilton sold the Racecourse. You can't trust anyone.

However, we have zero assets and have attracted the attention of 2 businessmen so famous that they cant afford to have their own brand damaged by shafting us. It would cost them millions.

Let's get on the ride and see where we go, who knows, we may even have some fun on the way. I haven't had fun watching Wrexham in a VERY long time

Pawn star, I have an empty box here.

Would you put £100 in please, you can have it if you do?
But I will need £100 for it first.

The trust and ourselves are to eager to give the club away for nothing. I have no doubt that R and R will put in the money and bring us success and believe their intentions are good but at some stage they may decide to buy out the lease and they will then own the ground. If the club fails to gain the success as they would wish or become tired of their project we could possibly find ourselves in a Similar situation as with scrupulous owners buying the club and the land to make money for themselves. I think that is what they are saying but having said that we can fight that battle when it comes but believe the trust could have negotiated something but I suppose you have to balance out that they want a quick sale to them walking away and the fury of the fans if this fell through. I like everyone else wants this to go through but just trying to balance their argument which if they do have any other misgivings they should come clean rather than rant on about any breakaway club
Cant argue with that -
but - having that small doubt in the back of your mind ,however small ,is swept away by the scale of this takeover and the circumstances of the world we find ourselves in , at this minute!!

Warped ideology and financial illiteracy are a potent mix.
