If it is in WST's bank, or WST Assets it is our (WST) cash.

If WST have transferred cash into the club account it is theirs. Unless - WST have loaned the money to the club, in which case it will be a loan that the club will need to repay.

I mean, not quite like you say it, but the trust funds and club funds were separated through the formation of a separate organisation
