Surely depends which bank account the money sits in. If its WST assets then can't see them getting this?

If it is in WST's bank, or WST Assets it is our (WST) cash.

If WST have transferred cash into the club account it is theirs. Unless - WST have loaned the money to the club, in which case it will be a loan that the club will need to repay.

I mean, not quite like you say it, but the trust funds and club funds were separated through the formation of a separate organisation
