Wider fanbase cant watch live but documentary crew can record the meeting?

Is it true that the meeting tomorrow, which apparently will include a videoed presentation, about the possible future of the club will not be subject to a public stream for the wider fanbase.

However a third party will get access to record footage that could then be used in a future documentary?

Can any member explain that set up to me and how the decision was reached?

Well if this documentary gives us the money to be successful then I don’t mind it. If it was open meeting for everyone I doubt it would work out well as there would be thousands with R&R following.

As I posted on the other thread, why should a production of prospective owners get more 'right' than fans of the club?

Thinking back to the last one when a member was booted out in unclear circumstances, they are either strictly a closed members meeting or not.

If members vote to alter that, then great, but members have had no say.

Not really sure what the issue is? It’s quite obvious that the potential new owners will want to produce some sort of documentary and will want as much material as possible at their disposal. I would assume if the takeover fell flat, the footage would be little use to anyone.

Surely it will be the new owners benefiting from any returns on a documentary. It would have a secondary effect at the club with heightened interest and increased commercial returns. They aren’t chucking money in for no gain themselves.

I guess they won’t strictly be a ‘third party’. They are part of one of the main two parties involved.

I read it as a recording so that they can offer it for other fans to watch after the event has ended.
