Spencer: This is the second part of the process. In the initial SGM we asked people to set aside previous resolutions so we could continue with the negotiations. The process we're following is one that's been advised by legal advisors.

What are the anticipated timescales?

Spencer: Next steps is for members to think long and hard. Voting will open tomorrow until Sunday. Announcement on Monday 16th. After that, we finalise the sale. The vote will give the Trust the mandate to make the sale. After the sale then we do the transfer. Could be finished end November / early December.

Mark: Fit and Proper Persons test takes a few weeks.

League have to approve transfer of ownership. Directors' test take about two weeks.
