Didn't one of them pass comment last night though that they are men who have made careers out of not taking themselves too seriously...I'm paraphrasing but didn't they say they'd never make a joke of wrexham?

Felt they showed with that comment like many others that they covered all the bases... They knew we could be thinking this was some elaborate joke and addressed it

Must confess it’s this part of the deal I find a little cringey and not up my street.

I don’t think they’re doing it just for the documentary - I think they’re genuine in wanting to build something and own a sports team, and we are lucky enough they fell on us. If they want a show to go along with that, perhaps even if it’s a bit of pandering to their egos as our saviours if that’s the slant the show will have (which I’m not saying it will be), then I can live with that. I think they’ll be great for the club in so many ways.

The boring area I’m most excited about is spending money on getting a proper CEO, high quality staff and coaches. That’ll be what takes our club to the next level.

Same, it’s not something I particularly want. It has circus potential. Hopefully it shows us in a good light though. They aren’t going to want to have a losing team on a documentary, as good as the Sunderland one was.
