Re: Pryce Griffiths
Weirdly, he was on a Shearings coach trip to Eastbourne some years ago. We had a chat about the football club, and it was obvious to me that he felt real pain about how things had unfolded.
He may not have always been 100% correct in his choices, but Wrexham was a better club for his involvement. RIP. |

Re: Pryce Griffiths
RIP
When I was in primary school I used to go to his house in Stuart Way as a friend of his son Colin. Always remember him and his wife as caring and very nice people. |
Re: Pryce Griffiths
A true gent who always made time for you. He always had a sneaky stash of whiskey miniatures in his pockets on a match day. RIP

Re: Pryce Griffiths
RIP
I met him once, years and years ago. It was just after gaining promotion and the smile on his face was immovable. |
Re: Pryce Griffiths
Met Price on numerous occasions home and away. The European trips were great and he really helped me out when I was out of work and struggling to find the cash to go to Rome. He persuaded Tony Rance to let me go for £50 which is about all I could muster at the time.
Nice bloke . Fond memories despite his latter day failings. RIP PG. |
