My worry is, if we don’t sort things out on the pitch pretty quick - get better players in, get the team gelled, better coached etc - we could end up being relegated.

Yep. On what I've seen so far, if ever this league was there for the taking then now is the time.

Get rid of Keates and Co, unlock the war chest for four or five players and job done. Totally and utterly there for the taking.

.
If we continue on course we will be relegated. need a change of course as asap as possible.

This season is not over, provided the management team are replaced immediately by a proven and competent team. We also need a minimum of 4-5 new players of the right quality who can make an immediate difference. Get this done and it is still possible to win it, and certainly possible to finish in the POs.

Collectively, the current squad isn’t good enough, but there is enough ability there provided those additions do their job.

The thought of continuing with Keates, Davies and Darlington must be dismissed. They are not good enough to achieve R&R’s vision.

R&R and the new CEO must have a plan and execute it to take advantage of the current state of the NL before a salary cap is introduced.

Think the question about goals for this season was already answered...look at the recently published board minutes, RR want this done quickly to allow the change to effect the course of this season.

I read that to mean they want some immediate success given enough time in charge
