Medium term, we should aim to be a League One side within 5 years.

Longer term, establish ourselves as a good League One club and at the least, challenge for a spot in the Championship quite regularly. This, along with establishing a good youth set up, training facilities and an increase in attendances to over 7500 week in week out. I think we can achieve more with the right exposure which will come with the takeover but this would be a realistic goal.
Very measured and achievable to get us back to where we used to be. Then we are in a position to kick on and do what Bournemouth, Brighton, Brentford and others have done with investment. Hopefully, Rob and Ryan are still with us at that time.

Hopefully that kicks on so we can look at replacing the GUS and Yale Stand which are becoming very dated very quickly. I think both stands are beyond refurbishments now, and it would probably be cheaper to knock them down and start from scratch if we want to get them to a good standard. My prediction is that we will be playing in a 3 sided ground for a good chunk of the next couple of decades.

The MRS is probably at the back of the priority list, though I feel that can just be refurbished rather than knocked down.

IF and its a very big if we were to reach the EFL and even the championship or beyond there would be plenty of money to do whatever we want with the ground.

As previously stated the DSA would also have to be permanently represented and they are of course also fans. I know you agree on DSA by the way.
Kerry, as Disability Liaison Officer, has already had a conversation with R&R.
Her role covers all areas of disability. I don't see a need for every group to be represented individually. You would end up with a rep from each of the supporters groups and an Honorary board that's unweildy.

I'm sorry but while I agree any board needs to be lean, the DSA are one such group who should be involved imo. I'm not being reductive about Kerry's role, she is fantastic - but the DSA are, in my view, due significantly more recognition for their efforts than they get. How they have been treated is remarkably poor yet they have driven the really big changes (to the uninformed eye at least) that have had the most impact on the fans who have needed the services they provide. I think that Kerry is capable of so much more than she has been able to achieve probably because of a limited remit from the club so no doubt she could deliver but think about all the media interest received on accessibility and you'll find the DSA at the heart of most of it.

Kind words Luke and Moyn, thank you.

We have been in touch with Rob McElhenney for around a month now, outlining our work and the need for accessibility and inclusion to continue to develop.

Kerry does indeed do a lot of great work and we think she may well be able to push on to greater things under the new owners.

Whether or not we are on the new representative board we we will continue to seek (and fund) improvements wherever they can be made, so that all fans can benefit.
