The fact that Mike Hughes isn't happy about the takeover is reassuring for everyone. If he was made of chocolate he'd eat himself.

Like I said, there’s about 4/5 active posters - myself and fez among them. There’a not much going on. All the major loyalists have left.

As long as people vote, 75% will be attained. If it's 74.9% great, That's good telly. And the trust just has a second vote.

If it's a win for 'yes', I worry what those who vote 'no' do next.

A bit odd! That's like saying the Arctic winter is a bit nippy.

I've just logged on and read some of his "I know it all" sermons on there. It makes you want to vomit.
In typical Mike Hughes fashion he's condescending and patronising about the majority of fans, about them having the audacity to be excited about this takeover. Calling fans things like small minded, and that there is nothing to be impressed by.

Other comments from a few others are stuff like "I'm worried too".

Yet they fail to mention that without this takeover this club will cease to exist soon.

I honestly think there is nothing to fear as these people are certainly not 1 in 4 Wrexham fans. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but i have not seen a single argument against that has anything substantial in it. Of course some can predict R&R walking away in x years but there is absolutely nothing to base that prediction on. On the other hand not accepting the deal will for sure threaten our club with at least instability with a reduced fan base and at worst extinction.

I like Mike, he is a decent fella I have spoke to him privately before. I think sometimes on issues he just goes against the grain for the sake of it though.

i have no idea how this vote will go as we don't know firstly how many voters have had the emails or packs, whether they are actually going to vote and which way they will vote!

I'm hopeful we will achieve the 75% needed on all resolutions. But until the result is made public i will still be a stressball lol.

And i am taking no notice of polls, anyone can press yes even if they are going to vote no to create a false sense of security amongst the positives, leading to people to assume its a foregone conclusion.

All i will say is, if you plan on voting yes and haven't yet done so - do it now!
If you plan on voting no - don't bother...
