Darren Ferguson- ties with the club, a famous family and more importantly a good lower league manager with a couple of promotions under his belt already. Would be tough getting him to leave Peterborough though but one for the shortlist one day I think.

I expect us to be going out and targeting specific managers who are already in a job and performing well. I can't imagine us playing second fiddle to every man and his dog anymore.
