Manager scenario
In the mean time Dean Keates has been sacked and Wrexham are looking like a team that could rise up the Championship level quite quickly. What do you do? Stay in League one or apply to drop down to Wrexham?

Re: Manager scenario
If this is TV show related then you can expect the manager not just to be successful at league 1 and 2 levels but a bit of a character too and good in front of a camera. It would have been absolutely made for Dean Saunders! Saunders probably thinks he is a bigger star than Reynolds and McElhenney!

Re: Manager scenario
As a Wrexham supporter I'd drop without a 2nd thought.
If I had no affiliation to Wrexham I would want guarantees of funds etc especially if I had worked my way up the leagues already.

Re: Manager scenario
He is a smarmy bastard. Would probably take him 2 or 3 years and shite load of money to get us anywhere.
He’s arrogant and makes up bullshit stories about people like Brian Clough to progress his after dinner circuit career so it’s a no from me.

Re: Manager scenario
We need a manager like John Colman.....knows how to get a team up the league pyramid and keep them there and on a meagre budget! Takes no shit, knows the North West player market inside out and continues to find new young players from the regional leagues to supplement his team. He is a character....cheeky scouser and his players want to play for him. He would also be a manager we could get without major compo money.
